Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the IBPS Clerk exam, candidates must meet the following criteria:
• Educational Qualification:
• (a)A degree (graduation) in any discipline from a recognized university.
• (b) Computer Literacy: Operating and working knowledge in computer systems is mandatory i.e. candidates should have a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/Language/ should have studied Computer / Information Technology as one of the subjects in the High School/College/Institute.
• Age Limit: Generally, the age limit for applicants is between 20 and 28 years. Age relaxations are applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.
Selection Process
The selection process for the IBPS Clerk exam involves the following stages:
- Preliminary Exam: A qualifying exam to shortlist candidates for the mains exam.
- Mains Exam: The main exam determines the final selection.
